Ironman Tune
What’s included
Get your bike in race shape for the Ottawa Ironman 2026. Drivetrain removed and cleaned in Bio-Cleaner, shifting adjustments, brake adjustments (bleed extra), headset, bottom bracket and hub adjustment, remove and true wheels, lubricate chain, inflate tires, frame and wheel cleaning.
The Fundamental Tune
What’s included
Adjust shifting and brakes (not a brake bleed), adjust headset, true wheels (on bike), adjust hubs, light frame and rim wipe down, lubricate chain, safety check (all bolts and quick releases, inspect and inflate tires, inspect frame and fork for damage).
The Major Tune
What’s included
Drivetrain components removed and cleaned in Bio-Cleaner (derailleurs, cassette, chain, chainrings), shifting adjustments, brake adjustments (bleed extra), headset, bottom bracket and hub adjustment, remove and true wheels, lubricate chain, inflate tires, frame and wheel cleaning.
The Road/Gravel Bike Everything Tune
What’s included
For the discerning rider who wants their bike to feel like new again. Drivetrain removed and cleaned in Bio-Cleaner, shifting adjustments, brake adjustments including bleeding, headset, bottom bracket and hub overhauls (parts extra), remove and true wheels, lubricate chain, tubeless top-up, extensive frame and wheel cleaning, replacement of all cables and housing (parts extra), installation of new bar tape.
Warranty Adjustments
What’s included
Free for the original owner of a bicycle purchased from Full Cycle. Adjust shifting and brakes (not a brake bleed), adjust headset, true wheels (on bike), lubricate chain, safety check. Only available on new bikes purchased from Full Cycle, at either location regardless of which store it was purchased from.
Suspension and Dropper Post Service
Dropper Post (off the bike)
What’s included
Dropper post full service, off the bike. Turnaround times vary. Pricing is based on the post removed from the bike; a $35 charge applies for removal and reinstall.
Fork Basic (Lowers/ off the bike)
What’s included
Basic lowers service. Part of our full range of in-house suspension work, from basic lowers service to a full overhaul; most services turn around in 2 to 3 business days if service kits are in stock. Pricing is based on the suspension removed from the bike; a $35 charge per piece applies for removal and reinstall.
Fork Full Service (Lowers & damper/ off the bike)
What’s included
Full lowers and damper service. Minimum 2 week turnaround in season (March to September). Pricing is based on the suspension removed from the bike; a $35 charge per piece applies for removal and reinstall.
Shock Basic (Air can/ off the bike)
What’s included
Basic air can service. Part of our full range of in-house suspension work; most services turn around in 2 to 3 business days if service kits are in stock. Pricing is based on the suspension removed from the bike; a $35 charge per piece applies for removal and reinstall.
Shock Full Service (Air can & damper/ off the bike)
What’s included
Full air can and damper service. Minimum 2 week turnaround at peak season (March to October). Pricing is based on the suspension removed from the bike; a $35 charge per piece applies for removal and reinstall.

Large Repair
What’s included
For larger services of about 60 minutes of labour, such as bicycle assembly, wheel builds, or multiple smaller repairs.
Small Repair
What’s included
For small services of about 30 minutes or less of labour: tube/tire install, brake or shifting adjustment, brake bleed, wheel true, chain install, and similar.
Wheel Build
What’s included
Lace and tension one bicycle wheel.
